Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be selected at random by a drawing conducted between Jan 31 and Feb 8, 2025. The drawing will be held in Omaha, Nebraska, and overseen by representatives of EPIC for Girls. Winners will be notified via in-person announcement or email no later that 7 days after the conclusion of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, EPIC for Girls reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. 2. Publicity and Email List By entering the raffle, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the raffle. By entering the raffle, participants also agree to be added to the EPIC for Girls email list. Participants can unsubscribe at any time. Any personal data relating to winners or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with Nebraska privacy laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 3. Liability EPIC for Girls accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical faults, incomplete entries, or other errors beyond its control. EPIC for Girls is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this raffle. 4. Changes and Cancellation EPIC for Girls reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 5. Governing Law The raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nebraska. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nebraska. 6.
